North India with Ayurveda Tour

Day 01 Delhi:
Guests are welcomed either through train or air transportation to arrive at Delhi. Once arrived at Delhi railway station or international airport our travel representative will come and greet guests and he arrange transferred to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel will be provided.

Day 02 Delhi:
The capital of India is Delhi; it is one of India's greatest budding cities. Delhi is dividing in basically two areas, one area is called as Old Delhi and other part is called as New Delhi. Old Delhi was capital of Muslim India from mid-17th to late 19th centuries. It's a lively area of colorful bazaars, narrow streets and barely controlled chaos. The historic Purana Qila has witnessed Delhi's rejuvenation, periods of anarchy, and the rise and fall of various empires.
British rules Delhi during 1803 A.D. Delhi was the focal point for the first war of independence in 1857. But only in 1911, Delhi was made the capital of the British Empire when they switched off from their previous capital i.e. Calcutta. Delhi also bears the marks of the freedom struggle. Old Delhi has narrow streets with magnificent buildings. Delhi has some of the supreme museums in the country.

Day 03 Delhi - Varanasi
Book the Tour Mornings have breakfast in Delhi and then start for Varanasi which is around 780 kilometers takes around 1.15 hours by air. Varanasi is a hub for Hindus pilgrimage for ages. Varanasi is also called as Banaras, which is the oldest living city in the world. People across the globe come and take bath in River Ganges in Varanasi which is believed to wash all sins. Sarnath is 5 miles from Varanasi, it is best for a full day sightseeing. Visit Ganges Ghats near river banks also enjoy the boat ride. From boat you can be a part of the morning religious rituals on the Ghats and in the temples. Get down from boat and visit the ancient and modern Hindu temples of Lord Shiva. Pray with oil lamps, incense etc. and experience the divine peace. Overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi will be provided. Overnight stay at hotel will be arranged.

Day 04 Varanasi - Khajuraho:
From Varanasi best way to reach Khajuraho is by flight. Takes around 1 hours 10 minutes. Khajuraho is around 399 kilometers from Varanasi. Have your breakfast transfer to airport to catch the flight for Khajuraho. It was capital of the Chandela kings. Khajuraho is famous of its erotic temples which were between 950 and 1050 AD. The temples of Khajuraho are examples of medieval Indian architecture. Now only about 22 out of 85 temples have survived. The Khajuraho temples are grouped into three - western, eastern, and southern. The western group is designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The sculptors of Khajuraho have decorated the walls of the temples with carved figures of men and women engaged in sexual acts. Though only about 10% of the carvings on the temple walls show erotica, but still makes the temples into limelight. Checked in hotel once you arrived Khajuraho. Go for temple visit at afternoon.

Day 05 Khajuraho:
With early morning breakfast have a nice hot masala tea. Guests will be taken for whole day sightseeing of the Temples. Till today all Khajurah templese are in very good condition and are said to represent life in heaven. Constructed during the mighty Chandela dynasty, the majority were constructed in a sudden burst of creative and religious energy. These temples reminder us all about the society, that believed in the full enjoyment of life. Now only 22 temples has remained out of 85. Enjoy the evening and relax Overnight stay will be at Khajuraho.

Day 06 Khajuraho - Orchha - Gwalior:
Start for Orchha after finishing your breakfast. By road it takes around 2.5 hours. Orchha was the capital city of the Bundela rulers. Orchha is famous for its palaces and temples built in the 16th and 17th centuries. The Betwa River, on whose banks Orchha lies with thick forests around it attract tourists. Overnight stay at hotel will be provided.

Day 07 Gwalior:
In Gwalior many places are there which will interest your guests. Gwalior Fort: Constructed with sandstone, Jain tirthankaras, Man Mandir Palace, Gujari Mahal, Sas Bahu ka Mandir and many more places to see. Overnight will be at the beautiful palace.

Day 08 Gwalior - Agra:
Around 5 hours of long drive on road towards Agra via Gwalior. Please plan to visit Gwalior Fort and Man Mandir which comes on the way. Check in at hotel. Emperor Akbar built the Agra fort and Fatehpur Sikri near Agra. Jahangir beautified Agra with palaces and gardens. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09 Agra:
Early morning visit Taj Mahal and witness wonderful sunrise. Taj Mahal in India is considered to be one of the best examples of Mughal architecture. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan builds a tomb in memory of her beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal's. Overnight stay at hotel will be arranged.

Day 10 Agra - Jaipur:

Start early in the morning, drive to Jaipur, via Fatehpur Sikri in Agra is a city in Uttar Pradesh. This town was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar during the 16th Century BC. Arrive Jaipur and check in hotel. Jaipur is called as pink city was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Jai Singh II. Jaipur is the capital of the state of Rajasthan. Have dinner at Chokidhani where you get to know about the culture and customs of Rajasthan.Book the Tour

Day 11 Jaipur :
Finish your breakfast and start for the full day sightseeing in Jaipur. Places will be covered Amber Fort, City palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal. Overnight at hotel stay will be arranged.

Day 12 Jaipur - Bikaner :
Takes around 7.5 hours by road, so start will heavy breakfast. Luni is a small village is a hub of activity with its many artisans fashioning metal, clay or wood into intricate forms. Arrive Luni and check in at hotel. Drive to Jaisalmer via Thar Desert. The splendid Jaisalmer nestles in the foothills of Trikuta. Jaisalmer is a desert city and instantly invokes number of images in the mind of travelers. Arrive Jaisalmer and check in at hotel. Go for full day sightseeing, visit Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon-Ki-Haveli, Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli, Gadissar and witness the incredible sunset over vast stretches of sand. Just 7 hours journey by road after breakfast towards Bikaner which is popularly called as the camel country. The wells of Bikaner - an important source of water are other attractions of the city.
Overnight stay at the hotel is provided.

Day 13 Bikaner - Jaisalmer:
Just 7 hours journey by road after breakfast towards Jaisalmer which is popularly called as the camel native. The wells of Jaisalmer - an important source of water are other attractions of the city. Overnight stay at the hotel is provided.

Day 14 Jaisalmer:
After finishing morning breakfast in hotel and then start for the sightseeing tour of Golden City. Jaisalmer is a hot burning place in center of the Great Indian Desert. In Jaisalmer all temples, fort and palaces are all built of yellow stone. In the afternoon, proceed to the SAND DUNES for visiting the typical Rajasthani Desert Village. View the sunset from the dunes followed by a overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 15 Jaisalmer - Jodhpur:
After breakfast start for Jodhpur which takes 5 hours by road. Jodhpur is now the second largest city of Rajasthan. In the afternoon start for Jodhpur tourist spots.

Day 16 Jodhpur:
Morning breakfast at Palace and enjoy sightseeing.Enjoy the old city walk and have lunch in the roof top restaurant of a HAVELI. Return to the hotel to freshen up and leave for CHANWA LUNI. Enjoy the hospitality and take a village safari in an open safari jeep. Return to the city of Jodhpur and overnight will be spent in the palace.

Day 17 Jodhpur - Udaipur:
After breakfast start for Udaipur it takes around 6 hours by car. Ranakpur in the state of Rajasthan is one of the five most important pilgrimage sites of Jainism. The RANAKPUR TEMPLES, dating back to the 15th century have 200 pillars, none of which are alike, support its 29 halls. After arriving start for sightseeing of Udaipur

Day 18 Udaipur:
Full day sight seeing planned, places to be visited are Sahelion-ki-Bari Gardens, the Jagdish Temple and the Royal Cenotaphs. Enjoy the resort during the day. Overnight will be at Udaipur.

Day 19 Udaipur - Mumbai:

Book the Tour Reach from Udaipur to Mumbai either by road or by air. Reach and check into the resort.

Day 20 - 23 Somatheeram Ayurveda Resort:
All guests are allowed to enjoy unforgettable Ayurveda Spa for the next few days. Guests can also enjoy full meals and breakfast for free of charge in the resort.

Day 24 Trivandrum - Delhi / Mumbai:
Finish your breakfast at the resort. Start to the airport to catch flight to Delhi or Mumbai. Proceed to your home with sweet memories of the trip.
